Demolition of an existing vacant lodge building and construction of a new single storey education administrative building consisting of a board room, staff offices & recreational areas.
The completed building Works are to a premium standard finish including solid wood flooring, a combination of Accoya and Oak Windows and door-sets, brick external façade constructed from a finished concrete plinth with a combination of Clay pantile roofing and bitumen roof membranes. Recreational areas are finished with solid stone tiling.
The Project is fully NZEB Compliant including rainwater harvesting, PV & surface water attenuation.
