This development consisted of the construction of 24 number small enterprise units under one roof. The size of unit is approximately 54m2 on the ground floor and a further 25m2 at mezzanine level which is intended to accommodate an office for the administration associated with the individual businesses. All the units have been designed with their own door access and they also have the facility for the front curtain walling system to be folded to one side to allow access for vehicle loading/unloading. The internal of the units are being finished to a shell & core standard until the tenants provide a specification for the finishes required. The external envelope of the building consists of stone cladding, curtain wall and architectural panels to the façade of the units with a composite roof deck on a steel structure.
