Full repurposing of 3 No. existing warehousing Units to house Ryanair’s Technical Centre of Excellence. Works include demolitions & strip out of full internals of existing Units, construction of new full motion SIM Hall including associated structural steelwork and gantry walkways, fixed SIM stations, individual office areas, communal office areas, briefing rooms, training halls all over two newly constructed floor levels using structural steel and precast concrete floors, fuselage maintenance hall, Sub-Station, LV Switch Rooms & large Comms room. All Mechanical & Electrical Services were delivered under the management of ECKL.
