Civil and Streetscape
Project involved delivering public realm upgrades in a live residential setting .The scope featured civil works including streetscaping, footpath reinstatement, road resurfacing, new parking bays, traffic-calming measures and extensive hard and soft landscaping. Throughout construction, ECKL ensure uninterrupted local access and strict site security, coordinating robust traffic and pedestrian management plans directing with the Council. The team safely navigated live utility environments – maintaining essential telecom, water and electricity services. All existing and proposed utilities were meticulously documented upon completion. Furthermore, ECKL managed the design of all temporary works and provided essential ancillary elements, such as signage, street furniture and boundary enhancements, to finalize the scheme to a high standard.
