The project involves the refurbishment and fit out of the former tax office building, a single storey building adjoining to Lissaanalta House. The works will involve: removal of existing furniture & fittings, decommissioning of existing services, demolition of existing stud walls, installation of new M&E services, construction of new partitions & ceilings, installation of new glass screens, new fittings & fitments, decoration & furnishing.
