Bon Secours Clinic extension works will see the additional of eight individual consultant suites with associated reception waiting and examination rooms set over two floors.
Internally stair and lift access will be created along with covered link corridor to join the development to the existing suites.
Externally three set down bays will be included conveniently at the entrance for limited mobility patients, while existing carpark surfaces and access will be upgraded to provide wheelchair access. Rainwater run-off will be effectively managed by extensive percolation and attenuation areas.
On the façade Tegral Equitone rain-screen will add definition and texture to the projected waiting areas.
