Retail
The development consisted of the construction of a new commercial, and petro-retail premises on a brown field site including the establishment of a retail building and retail units, new underground tank farm, distribution and service pipework, new forecourt and associated pumps and interceptor, forecourt canopy and associated drive-through car wash.
Ancillary services included the provision of car-parking, new illuminated totem signage, new boundary walls, together with all services, site works and surfacing.
