Meanus Heights is a 36 unit housing development, constructed as a design/build on a green field site at Castlemaine, Co.Kerry. The development consisted of a mixed scheme of semi-detached two-storey and semi-detached dormer dwellings arranged around a generous amenity and civic circulation space. Construction was undertaken on a rolling programme for phased completion to ensure resources were appropriately attributed on-site and to manage the release of properties to the market. ECKL completed all elements of civil and service infrastructure for the project and all houses were constructed to a high energy rating with particular focus on disabled access.
