Kerry County council’s development at Farranwilliam Ardfert consisted of five semi-detached blocks of 3-bedroom houses.
Works involved full green field site development, to include all services, hard and soft landscaping, new boundaries and connection to existing facilities.
These works were completed on-time and within budget to the full satisfaction of the local authority.
