2 no 25 bed care modules including day / dining areas, nurses station and office, relatives room, ancillary accommodation including toilets, bathrooms, utility rooms & stores
Central module which includes reception, foyer, offices, examination room, meeting and function rooms, seating/dining areas, oratory and ancillaries.
Services module which includes staff facilities, stores, kitchen, plant areas and waste stores including recycling of plastics, glass and cardboard, ESB substation and standby generator.
55 car parking spaces within landscaped areas as well as set down for ambulances and delivery vehicles together with associated ground works and hard and soft landscaping
