Dublin Airport Logistics Park is strategically located just 250m from Dublin Airport in a prime location offering unrivalled profile and access onto the M2 motorway and immediate access onto the M50 motorway.
As a brownfield site ECKL will carry out remediation works enable development works to proceed. Thorough soil monitoring and waste categorisation on an on-going basis throughout a considerable muck-shift will be necessary. Works will see the construction of a single logistics warehouse / industrial steel framed building, with composite external architectural panels. First and second floor offices are arranged along on the front elevation. These will be constructed via precast floor, masonry fire rated walls to the storage area and internal stud partitions. The storage hall is to be constructed to an FM2 to allow the future installation of high bay racking.
The project includes site works comprising underground drainage and on-site attenuation, service roadways, dock levellers and overhead roller doors. A fully landscaped curtilage will include bike racks and carparking for patrons.
