Kings Court is a major design and build student accommodation complex developed from a green field site to comprise of 123 3-bedroom apartments, reception/management offices, seminar room, laundry and caretakers quarters.

Site development works including site entrances, extensive underground carpark, alterations to site boundaries, site roads, recycling area, refuse areas and all associated ancillary site works.

The project was completed within a very tight programme to the highest standard by our committed site management team.
