Glenach is a local authority development of 20 A-Rated dwellings at Marconi Avenue, Ballybunion. The houses are traditional masonry construction, with suspended ground floor slabs due to the achievable bearing conditions.

Delivered is in a combination of single and two storey semi-detached structures and the houses are arranged in a crescent shape around a large green area. Large scale excavation and trench filling were require in foundations. Services were installed to comply full with Irish Water specification. Particular risks existed on the site through the presence of 38Kv overhead lines – these were re-routed.
