PROJECT DETAILS     

This Project comprised the upgrade & fitout of existing office accommodation for new tenants. 

The project involved the removal of the existing internal office arrangements and ceilings on both floors whilst maintaining the existing Mechanical & Electrical Services provisions. 

The upgraded office layout consists of new ceilings and partitions with existing glazed partition elements previously removed being incorporated into the new layout. 

External Works comprised of renovation & replacement where necessary of the existing profiled powder coated aluminium cladding to the façade, repairs & renewals to the existing gutters & downpipes including chemical cleaning to the existing profiled metal roof cladding.
