Our brief involved the transformation of an existing premises form warehousing to an exciting and vibrant commercial retail development adjacent to a busy retail park.
The project presented a significant logistical challenge as the development was in-accessible from one side, while it was bounded by a busy street and junction on the other.
Construction works comprised of demolishing a section of an existing warehouse to the front of the site and carrying out significant structural alterations to the remaining portion.
Site works included improvements to access and streetscape, new footpath, creation of new carparking, upgrading lighting and signage along with the re-commissioning of the site waste water treatment system.
