Eamon Costello(Kerry) Ltd were pleased to have been selected as the preferred Design/Build partner for Laune Properties and Kerry County Council on the prestigious development.
Local Area Centre
The Local Area Centre is conceived as a land mark building for Killorglin and is a focal point as you approach the square from Upper Bridge Street. A community library, tourist office and retail space are accommodated on the Ground Floor. KCC occupy the upper two levels with a combination of public desk, offices, and Council Chamber on the top floor.
Mixed-Use Building
This development provided 24 two bedroom units contained in two storeys over office accommodation at First Floor and Ground Floor Retail. A basement level car park expands to the full extent of the site to provide parking provisions to all overhead accommodation.
